"I wanted to share with you the wonderful experience I had with Don Rankin for my home inspection.  
I am astounded that he was able to make it such a lovely experience.  By the end of the inspection I think we (my in-laws and myself) all wanted to invite him over for dinner.  :)  
I was accompanied by my father-in-law who "knows a lot about this stuff" but I am the homeowner.  Don managed us both seamlessly.  He answered my questions in a way that I, a layperson, could understand without ever being even remotely condescending.  He answered my father-in-laws questions thoroughly and professionally - - and then would make sure I understood why the question was posed and the implications of the answer. 
Don was thorough, professional and kind.  I had such an amazing experience with him.  This is what a home inspector should be.
